This morning I was so happy to meet with Mina and Sumit again! I haven’t met them since their wedding in Italy and those of you you have followed my blog for some time or have looked at my portfolio pictures will recognize their photos (see link above to my portfolio). Today I visited them to photograph their charming son Alec! I know Mina is a bit curious so here Mina, have a look at some first pictures, more to come for sure!

I usually post photos from the weddings I photograph within a week or two and so did I also when Jennifer and Olof got married in September (here is the link). But, in this case I just have to add a looong blog post as well becuase there are so many great photos to chose from! I have recently spent a full day in the studio with Maybelline New York’s creative make up artist team and nine of Swedens most popular fashion bloggers along with a film team, shooting Maybelline Sweden’s 18 upcoming make up tutorials for their Youtube channel. It was a hectic day with 18 different sets to shoot and out first here at my blog are Malin Richardson (www.mogis.se) and Sarah Tjulander (http://sarahtjulander.myshowroom.se). The photos will be used also in the short movies which will be ready in the end of February.

IDUN Minerals is a new Swedish line of mineral products that give a fresh finish and care and protect your skin at the same time. The products are developed by the Associate Professor of Experimental Dermatology at Uppsala University, Marie Lodén and are sold at pharmacies.

Many people have their holidays during the Swedish summer in June – August but for a wedding photographer that’s not really an option! So, after a long summer and fall season 2011 it’s finally time for me to take some time to relax and get new inspiration and energy before the 2012 season kicks off. I love my work but the following weeks I will love even more to lay down at the beach, say “Hi” to Nemo and his friends below the surface and to visit the Golden Triangle with the camera in my hand. Ehhh….. yes, I will bring my camera because it’s not only lazy days ahead but also some documentary work on the schedule!

It’s a new fresh year and many fellow photographers look back and remember the year that has passed by posting blog post with their favourite photos from 2011. So will I later, but when I realized that I haven’t even had time to blog all weddings yet I thought I should give some of those couples some extra attention first! So finally, Sandra & Micha, here are my story in pictures of your very hot wedding day in Skåne in July. A couple of weeks ago I shot an amazing session with dramatic styling (see my previous post for a preview) but before the transformation of the models began we also did a 10 minutes test shoot with a very pure and simple styling. Here a some photos from those 10 minutes!

Yesterday our studio was studded by hair extensions, false lashes, feathers and a team that had incredibly fun creating a series of photos inspired by birds and a dark moth. I will post more photos later but for now I share a few first close up favourites of the two models. And I promise that next blog post from this session is well worth waiting for!
