It's a new fresh year and many fellow photographers look back and remember the year that has passed by posting blog post with their favourite photos from 2011. So will I later, but when I realized that I haven't even had time to blog all weddings yet I thought I should give some of those couples some extra attention first! So finally, Sandra & Micha, here are my story in pictures of your very hot wedding day in Skåne in July. Your wedding was by far the most joyful, happy and energetic wedding of 2011 and you are the perfect match in every way! Sandra and Micha, you are special!

Yesterday our studio was studded by hair extensions, false lashes, feathers and a team that had incredibly fun creating a series of photos inspired by birds and a dark moth. I will post more photos later but for now I share a few first close up favourites of the two models. And I promise that next blog post from this session is well worth waiting for!

Sometimes people say that it was better before but I definately don't agree right now! Today is the third day I don't have access to my e-mail account and thus I can't read e-mails sent to me and obviously can't reply either! So, if you want to get in contact, please call +46 70 175 43 24 or just be patient.

I just love beautiful and extravagant high quality design and jewelry, I love drop dead gorgeous and fierce models and I love to photograph. So, this is what you get when you combine those three things - new advertising shots for Sørsand, shot in my studio earlier this week.

I have been really bad at updating this blog recently but I promise to post more often during the fall and winter than during the very, very busy wedding season! Today though, I am happy to share with you some photos from this super-beautiful-nice-gorgeous-friendly (I know that word doesn't exist, but you get the point!) couple's wedding last Saturday at Maria Magdalena chuch at Södermalm. I also photographed the preparations and the late afternoon dinner at Mårten Winges room at Grand Hotel and I think I can say that we all - bride, groom, guests and myself - had a great time. I couldn't have had a better way to end a period of photographing 11 weddings in 11 weeks!

As a personal note, I love butterflies for their grace, beauty and their way to fly through the air in search for a flower to rest on. I don’t know Jennifer’s reasons to be a butterfly girl as well, but the second she said it to me I knew it was going to be the perfect wedding for, amongst other things, a butterfly inspired wedding ring detail shot. There were butterflies on the cover of the guest book and at the dinner menu cards as well, but the most graceful being was, despite all the butterflies, the bride.

From the very first contact I had with Josefine and Simon I knew it was going to be a spectacular wedding with a very relaxed bride and groom and that they had put real effort in choosing the right photographer for them. I definately felt that they gave me a lof of appreciation for my work throughout the day which gave a lot of inspiration. Thanks Josefine and Simon, I had a lot of fun with you on your wedding at Oscarskyrkan and during the portrait session at Waldemars udde, Djurgården!

Time is flying and it's already almost two weeks since Britt-Marie became Mrs Wickman at
