It's spring time and yesterday I had the first of many wedding this spring and summer. And what a start! Sarah, I hope you don't mind me saying this but girl, you're soooo wrong! You definately know how to work it in front of the camera and the camera loves you, there's no doubt! As promised I post these first photos today but I will post some more photos later when I have had the time to post process them!

The photo on the left below was the last photo from the portrait session and I love, love, love it!

For all photographers who follow my blog I can mention that when I came home I realized that this is the first time I actually have used only one lens for all portrait shots. All photos - except the photos on the rings - were shot using Canon 135 mm f2.0L on my Canon 5D MarkII body. For detail shots I used Canon 100mm f2.8 macro.

When I launched my new blog I gave you the opportunity to come with me on a real wedding, see

I don't think anyone can miss that I love colours and I have to admit that such a simple thing as a colourful flower - or in this case a vegetable! - always cheers me up. Now a special message to my husband follows: No, an orange carrot as present doesn't make me smile the same way as a delicate spring flower!

Because I haven't updated the design of my website since 2007 it was about time I did something about it! I started to work on the new site for quite some time ago but I have been so busy (which is a good thing) that it took me a bit longer than I had hoped for to get it ready. But, now it's here and I am soooo happy about it!
I frequently get questions by e-mail about my work and some of you ask me if you can come along during a real wedding. My answer to that is yes, most of the times I do have an assistant with me but because I need some consistency I cannot say yes to everyone but have to stick to a few persons each wedding season. But, I think now is a good time to get to know some new, fantastic, photography loving people! So, if you want to join me at a wedding this summer, tell me why you looooove to do wedding photography (or, if you haven't done it yet, why you think you'll love it) and why I should bring you along! Afterwards we can have a cup of tea and talk about the post processing if you want to!
I will post new photos here on the blog but I have also added a portfolio section where you can find albums that show more photos than I normally post on the blog. I think the portfolio is important because when a bride and groom to be are about to choose their wedding photographer they really should consider the photographer's ability to create high quality photos all the way - not only one or two great ones. Here you can see some of the portfolio photos from Viktoria's and Christoffer's wedding at Storkyrkan Stockholm, followed by the wedding reception at Grand Hôtel. If you want to see the full album,

I really shouldn't work with these photos because I have so many other things to do right now, but I just have to! Well, I could argue that I looked at these photos from Mina's and Sumit's civil wedding just because my husband was curious and wanted to see what they looked like (he assisted me during this shot), but to be honest, that's just a excuse. Anyway, here's a few favourites of this gorgeous couple!
